We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
- We ship all domestic orders via USPS and delivery timing varies based on customers location.
- Free shipping promotions apply for most of the products; certain large-size products will not.
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm PST.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Insurance is available through USPS.
- We do not ship internationally. International customers may order through our exclusive distributors. You may request this info at email@example.com
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed and payment is received, we will send order confirmations and shipping updates to the email address provided. You are also able to track your package at USPS with the tracking number provided.
Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order; your order has been marked as shipped.
Please DO NOT send an email with cancellation requests as time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email. Please contact our customer service at (626) 333-0132 to cancel the order immediately.
If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must call us immediately at (626) 333-0132, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm PST
- LEGACY NAILS will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.legacynailsinc.com
- To qualify for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (626) 333-0132, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm PST, within 14 days of receiving the order. *Note: At LEGACY NAILS we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide quality products. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number into your email request.
- If package is lost or delayed, please contact your local postal service to start an investigation and follow up with them.
- All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
- Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.
- Provide pictures of the product.
- Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, we will promptly issue the refund minus any shipping expense.
